Here’s how proper maintenance can improve mold durability:

1. Regular Cleaning and Debris Removal:

- Frequent removal of metal shavings and particulates prevents abrasive wear on mold surfaces.Use compressed air, brushes, or vacuum systems designed for precision tools to avoid scratching delicate mold features.

2. Proper Lubrication:

- Apply appropriate lubricants to reduce friction between the die and workpiece, minimizing heat buildup and shedding of hard particles.Choose lubricants compatible with both the material being pressed and the mold alloy.

3. Inspection and Monitoring:
