The HBL Series Wiping rags Bagging Press Baler Machine mainly used in wiping rags industry, it is composed of three sections: hydraulic system, electrical system, main frame, can handle all kinds of wiping rags, industrial rags, cotton rags, waste clothing, old clothes, used clothes, second hand clothes etc... And this series baler machine can produce two bale weights with one baler machine, such as 1kg and 2kg, 2kg and 5kg, 5kg and 10kg, 10kg and 15kg, 15kg and 20kg, 20kg and 25 kg, can let you save lots of money, it is specially desinged for wipers and rags recycling company, setted with movable wheels, can be easily moved to any place you want.

Working Principle: The wiping rags is put into the baler hopper by conveyor, then the side cylinder will press the rags to the limit several times which is set in our factory, then use a woven bag or plastic bags to hold the bale when the main cylinder pushing the bale out automatically, this way, the bale is finished completely, then start the next bale continuously, if you want to produce another bale weight, just replace the bale chute, and switch to setted bale weight, that is ok.
