 Yes, of course, we are providing the video support which includes installing the baler machine, testing and operating the machine, we also can guide you to replace parts and maintenance via video call.

> What is wall thickness of Wiper horizontal bagging baler? 

The wall thickness of the baler is different, big pressure force will use more thick wall thickness, and will use small thickness with small pressure force accordingly, for example, 5tons pressure force will use 6mm, and 30tons will use 10mm.

> How long of warranty time of Bale Press Machine Secondhand Cloth? 

The warranty time is 14 months, in another word, 1 year from date of shiping the machine.

For small baler machine, we will not disassemble it when shipping, you just need to add hydraulic oil and connect to the electrical power, then operate per user manual, that is Ok, for bigger one, we will make detail marks when disassembling the machine, you just only need to assemble the machine per marks, that is alright; and you can contact with our technical team when you have any problems.

 When you are operating the baler machine, you need to clean the oil tank every 3 months, and check the wire, and oil pipe leakage or not, and also check the bolt every shift, you can find all maintenance items in the user manual.
