The single non-load cycle time is approx. 60 seconds, and we can make it faster or lower according to your requirement, such as 30 seconds one bale, or 90 seconds for one bale.

The pressing force of the briquetting or baler machine is different depends on different models, smaller machine has small pressing force, and bigger machines has big pressing force; and it is also determined by the material charastics and bale or briquette density.

> Is it possible to change the wear plate on Hydraulic Iron Metal Baler? 

We have two method to fix the wear steel plate, one is welding the wear plate on the baler machine, and another type is changeable, whichever type of fixing, we can do it per your special requirement.
